Under the Members tab of your Nulab Account, you can invite new members to your space.
To send an invitation, click the Invite Members by Email button, key in the invitee's email address, define their Teams & Role, and then hit Invite.

Organizing users into teams makes it easier to invite relevant team members to new Projects.
Manage User Permissions
Under your Space Settings page, to to User, select a member, select the permission, and hit Submit to apply the changes.
